Preparing your vehicle for dipping is the crucial first step. It involves cleaning the surface thoroughly to remove any dirt, grease, or contaminants that might affect the finish. se masking tape, plastic sheeting, or paper to protect areas you don't want to dip.

Now comes the fun part – applying the DipYourCar product of your choice. Follow the specific instructions provided for the product you're using. Typically, this involves evenly spraying the product onto the surface in multiple coats to achieve your desired look. Be patient and follow the recommended drying times.
Final Touches
Once your dipped surface is dry, carefully remove the masking to reveal your custom finish. Take a close look at your work and make any necessary touch-ups or refinements to ensure your customization is perfect. It's the final touches that make your vehicle truly stand out on the road.

HyperDip® is a deep, rich Satin or Gloss right out of the can. No topcoats or enhancers needed. Available in a variety of colors and finishes including Shadow Black, Piano Black, Frozen Black, Polar White, Nardo Grey, Stealth Grey, Black Emerald, Bronze Gold, Brass Monkey, Reaper Red and Polar White.

HyperDip® is the latest technology in peelable aerosol paints. HyperDip® is still peelable like Plasti Dip, however improved in every way. HyperDip® is perfect to Black Out your vehicle's Emblems and Badges.

You will notice the benefits of the advanced HyperDip® technology immediately:

  • A smoother, flatter, slicker finish
  • A stronger, stretchier coating
  • Easier to wet out and spray like a pro
  • Enhanced finishes and sheens right out of the can


HyperDip® is not compatible with traditional Plasti Dip or any other non-HyperDip® coatings, so please do not combine or stack with any other products. Do not stack Gloss HyperDip® on top of other HyperDip® products, such as Shadow Black. Gloss products are traditionally more difficult to spray than satin or matte. Please make sure you watch the Gloss HyperDip® video closely and follow all guidelines.

Please note that brighter colors like Reaper Red and Polar white should be sprayed over a base of Nardo Grey HyperDip.

HyperDip® protects dipped surfaces from acids, abrasion, corrosion, impact, salts, moisture and weathering. It remains flexible, stretchy and will not crack, or become brittle in extreme temperatures when applied correctly.


Temperature guidelines: HyperDip® is sensitive to humidity. Humidity levels at or below 50% are ideal. In temps lower than 75F, warming your cans in warm water prior to application

can help achieve a smoother finish. Spraying Gloss HyperDip® in humidity higher than 50% can impact the gloss level and clarity. Avoid spraying in high humidity for optimal results.

Test all applications in a small inconspicuous area to make sure it will meet your expectations and is suitable for each unique surface. Although HyperDip® has proven to be safe and predictable, every surface is unique and it's impossible to predict how each surface will react.

Clean each surface with PreDip Spray to remove any dirt, debris, oils, waxes, grease, or loose rust, then let dry completely before spraying HyperDip®. Start with 3-4 light dust coats before spraying wet to avoid fisheyes. Coat each dipped surface with DipCoat Protective Spray 4 hours after dip has dried for best results.

HyperDip® is NOT compatible with Glossifier, Plasti Dip or any other products.
